Special Canadian style cake, with a mix of French and English cultures. Filled with three layers of chocolate sponge cake, and a cheese cream with honey, brown sugar and chopped cookie cookie. Decorated with rosettes of the same cream cheese, chocolate frosting tears and Red Velvet cake crumbs.
